Test Architect/Lead

Test Architect/ Lead: need person who knows latest and greatest in the market. High level experience and understanding of architecture. This will likely be a test architect who can understand applications and what is the best strategy on that. This person should know what standards should be kept in mind so maintenance is low. Should know the value of automation, not just running the automation without a strategy

Very Sr. level / test architect who is doing hands on testing

Ability to provide the manager input and direction and be an out of box thinker. More technical visibility

Should be able to lead and own the project and be able to create POCs

Will be doing strategy and leading the team. The team under them will be more hands on, so they should be able to do it, but its not their major responsibility

MUST HAVE AI experience (any AI tool is fine), out of box thinking, can bring in innovations in the QA process and in the automation, bringing in more efficiency

Its fine for them NOT to be hands on-this is fully leadership and strategy/ architecture, ability to train others and do code reviews, but will not be writing code themselves

They will not be testing AI platforms, but will be implementing those AI plugins

Trinity Industries is seeking a Data & Automation Engineer, Enterprise QA in our Dallas, TX Corporate Office. This role will work with members of the Application Development, Product Management, QA Teams to ensure delivery of high-quality applications and reporting to QA Manger.

Overview

Data & Automation Test Engineer will be working with data intensive projects, visualization, reports, Dashboard and Automation Projects reporting to QA Manager.

Responsibilities

Immediate responsibility to support the project which requires Very Strong SQL, AWS Athena, Data Pipelines, Data analysis skills. Understanding of the Data, Business value is important. Develop Automation scripts in Java script, Java Automation frameworks for Automation team. Advanced SQL Querying, Microservices Testing skills are a must. AI Testing experience is huge plus Hands on experience with Automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Karate Must have Agile experience and hands on Azure, CI/CD, Java, Java Script, git Define test strategy/test plan and test scripts with best test practices Define the overall process and deliverables across SDLC for engineering quality like templates, checklists and tools (for test management / defect / reporting/Dashboard) Work with the product owner and development team to define and prioritize test cases to meet sprint goals and automation goals for CI/CD pipeline. Provide regular status updates to QA Lead & QA Manager regarding testing progress
