Test Developer

Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of manufacturing quality assurance engineering experience in the robotics/mechatronics/manufacturing industry

Candidate should understand software and hardware components, understand how failures can come from the failure of software to accurately perceive reality and a failure of physical reality to conform with software’s expected outcome

Must be able to decompose business requirements into functional requirements that can be evaluated individually

Responsible for developing rigorous test cases based on business requirements, working in conjunction with a team of test execution support engineers to conduct all testing requirements for the prototype product

Capturing test results and reporting back to the business on pass/fail criteria with detailed findings (Polarian and/or Excel will be used to track test cases)
