Job description

  • Responsible for V93k test program development (start-up group contents like base level, timing, patterns) by engaging with the respective FPGA validation engineers.
  • Responsible for continuing maintenance for existing in-house Smartest test method library and potential minor development for efficiency enhancement.
  • Responsible for ensuring the correctness of channel mapping files of new V93k load board by engaging closely with V93k load board hardware design team.
  • Responsible for supporting V93k tester (ATE) solution readiness, software (Smartest), and test conversion tool (Velocity)
  • Responsible for coping with company security development team on handling restricted network access and supporting OS migration compatibility issue resolution.

 

Job Requirements

  • Possess commercial tester V93000 knowledge and test program development.
  • Well verse in C++ Object Oriented Programming, Python scripting and familiar with Linux OS environment.
  • Well verbal and written communication and able to collaborate with multiple functional teams.
  • Good time management to ensure project deliverable dock on time.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
