Triage Engineers (Cellular Protocol)

Understanding of 3GPP wireless protocols WCDMA/LTE/5G, IMS is a must.

Understanding of data and call performance KPIs required

Perform initial troubleshooting to identify potential causes of reported issues. Replicating the problem, reviewing logs, and using diagnostic tools (QXDM, Shannon DM).

Should be able to quickly analyze and understand complex problems, read and interpret system logs, error messages, and technical documentation.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ok to work in 24x7 shifts (mandatory)


 


 

Triage Engineers (Layer 1 RF)

Understanding of Layer 1 (Physical Layer) WCDMA/LTE/5G and other connectivity technologies (BT/Wi-Fi/NFC/UWB) required

Perform initial troubleshooting to identify potential causes of reported issues. Replicating the problem, reviewing logs, and using diagnostic tools (QXDM, Shannon DM).

Should be able to quickly analyze and understand complex problems, read and interpret system logs, error messages, and technical documentation.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Triage Engineers (NFC/UWB/Wi-Fi/BT)

Understanding of non-cellular connectivity technologies NFC/UWB/Wi-Fi/BT

Perform initial troubleshooting to identify potential causes of reported issues. Replicating the problem, reviewing logs, and using diagnostic tools (QXDM, Shannon DM).

Should be able to quickly analyze and understand complex problems, read and interpret system logs, error messages, and technical documentation.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
