Test Engineer

Job Description and requirement:

• Person with 3+ Years of device testing experience in Android and apple Mobile Device and data products testing
• Working experience or strong knowledge on 2G, 3G, 4G-LTE, LTE-Data, VoLTE and 5G testing and Vowifi testing is plus
• Knowledge 3GPP and GSM is good to have
• Experience with Mobile application and Mobile testing for call processing, call flow, UE capabilities, Email setup and configuration, Call handover and Exploratory testing.
• Log traces analysis for QUALCOMM and MediaTek toolslike QXDM and ETL
•  
• Working knowledge on JIRA and ALM-QC is added advantage

Roles and Responsibility:

• End to end Test case execution for mobile devices on live and Lab environment for 2G, 4G-LTE, VoLTE and 5G in parallel log analysis on QXDM and ETL tools, Exploratory testing
• Log analysis for 2G, 4G-LTE, VoLTE and 5G testing
• Defect raising in ALM QC and JIRA , provide required support for the defect to OEMs like providing QXDM and ETL logs, Video capturing and screen shot and providing proper feedback to OEMs queries  for the respective the defects raise
• Conducting Joint test session with OEMs on defects – once in while not regular task
• Test case if required, not regular task
• Sending and updating daily or weekly testing status to the concerned PM
• Raise tickets if any issues with Lab configuration.
