Test Engineer

Senior Functional Test Engineer

• Overall IT experience of 5+ years

• Experience in functional testing and implementing integration solutions on the Azure platform.

• Experience in Testing included – UI Test , Functional Test, System Test , Smoke Test , System Integration Test , E2E Test , UAT Test , Production Sanity Test , Data validation Test , Parallel test etc.

• Understanding of SasS based application and COTS products.

• Knowledge on multiple domains .Eg : Retail , CPG , Banking , Healthcare etc

• Strong experience in writing test scenarios , test cases from Functioal user stories

• Strong experience in execution of the test cases and scripts.

• Experience in Test management tools like : ALM , Jira , Confluence

• Experience in Defect Management

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines is a plus

• Experience in different industry standard test tools is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understanding the application Requirements specification document, must have Retails domain knowledge.

• Prepare test cases with user stories or test scenarios.

• Perform test case execution with scenarios.

• Log critical bugs and work till issue gets resolved.

• Defect Management

• Team collaboration

• Weekly status Reports

• Test phases completion reports.

• Receive UAT sign off and Test phases completion from ALDI Nord team.

• Maintain Quality gates
