Test Lead Consultant

Job Description –
Ability/Willingness to work Overtime as needed
Experience working on large projects with aggressive deadlines and multiple development teams and applications.
Ability to identify risks to the project and comfortably present to a large audience that may be resistant at times. Audience may be at all levels of project including executives
Ability to create a very detailed test strategy and plan for different testing phases.
Ability to lead/coach multiple test teams , at different levels of testing ability (some may consist of all business users) towards a common milestone.
Ability to coach these test teams on traceability and creating auditable test documentation.
Effectively create weekly and possibly daily test status reports by cohesively pulling together results from multiple teams into single point of view.
SQL Database, Raas reporting, API, and integration service knowledge in addition to strong data validation/mapping experience.
Good knowledge of AzureDevOps and Smartsheets.
Experience with Workday a plus – this is desired, not required
