Test Lead

Job Description:

6+ years of experience in Software Testing 

Core skills of Requirement analysis, test scenarios/cases preparation, test execution, defect management is a must 

Experience in Manual/ Automation Testing with ERP/ EBS/ HCM experience 

Experience in using any test management tools like ALM or JIRA 

Must have thorough knowledge on test methodologies and thorough understanding of different testing types including functional, regression, integration, UI, Backend, UAT, smoke, performance testing and browser testing 

Develop, update and maintain existing regression test suites 

Identify Manage Test Data, Test Environment needs 

Execute test scripts and provide test progress, test results with accurate Reporting 

Provide clarity on defect severity priority 

Coordinate with Development Team/Vendors for Defect fixes 

Assist in tracking and reporting status of the overall testing activity to Stakeholders 

Should be a good team player 

Good written and oral communication skills 

Qualifications:

Any Graduate with Experience in Manual/ Automation Testing with ERP/ EBS/ HCM experience 

Experience in using any test management tools like ALM or JIRA
