Test Lead

Test Lead serves as a quality assurance (QA) and testing leader for the team. They must have experience testing legacy applications, especially including mainframe and .net. They should be familiar with SDLC testing best practices and be able to guide the team on these with clear communication. They should be comfortable owning the quality assurance, test case creation and execution, test automation, and other testing-related items for team deliverables.
