Test Manager

Job Description:

10 - 12 years of experience in the IT Industry of which at least 4 – 5 years should be in Project Management. 

Strong people management skills. 

Coordinating various Projects, timelines, and cutover activities. 

Experience in testing Web applications and Oracle ERP, HCM applications. 

Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery. 

Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team. 

Accountable for all the Offshore deliverables. 

Lead a high performing team to support day to day activities and support enhancement projects. 

Lead productive meetings at individual team, cross-functional team, Sr. management and executive levels when needed. 

Work with cross functional teams like Enterprise Architecture / Infrastructure/ Business Analytics teams on technology decisions and execution. 

Qualifications:

Any Graduate with 10+yrs Experience in testing Web applications and Oracle ERP, HCM applications.
