Description

Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with offshore teams and managing remote resources for at least 2 years
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with testing automation tools and frameworks is a plus
