Test Manager

• Must have 12+ years of experience in GxP validation testing on pharmaceutical domain.
• 3 + years of experience in managing testing projects in multiple towers.
• Experience in test effort estimation & resources planning across all the projects. Responsible for demand/capacity planning, resource management, stakeholder management
• Extensive experience in both Agile /Waterfall methodologies
• Responsible for producing the overall test delivery plan and defining the business test deliverable milestones.
• Resolve test project issues and ensure effective test process improvement feedback.
• Coordination of corresponding test and release activities with development teams & project stakeholders
• Review responsible for the key project deliverables.
• Should be familiar with risk-based testing approach.
• Experience in RCA/CAPA
• Minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Sciences or a related education (e.g. life science, medicine), Masters preferable
