Test Manager

Job Purpose

Test Management process set up. Government, managing and supporting the different suppliers and teams in planning, monitoring and controlling the different activities and tasks. With the aim to guarantee quality and speed in deliverables

Key Responsibilities

• Define and identify the test strategy

• Coordinate external resources

• Manage relationship with our customers and internal stakeholder

• Support other teams in understanding standard checks and tools

• Forward and communicate escalations to direct supervisor

• Manage and prioritize issues

• Track and report of the progression of the identified issue

• Support the customer in the management of uat

• Jira ticket control and monitoring

•                     • Excellent problem-solving skills and attitude

•                     • Excellent knowledge of Testing tools and Testing strategies management

•                     • Excellent knowledge of ALM solutions, Jira

•                     • Strong Experience with Test Automation solutions

•                     • Proven Experience in the development of governance processes and procedures to improve internal processes

•                     • Significant Experience in important and complex system integration projects

•                     • Excellent knowledge of ITSQB processes

•                     • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.

•                     • Strong analytical skills

•                     • Effective planning and organizational skills

•                     • Cope well with pressures and uncertainties

•                     • Experience with Test BI and DWH

•                     • Committed for results

•                     • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (local language and English)
