We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with AWS, IICS, CI CD, and leadership skills to deliver projects. The ETL Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines to support our data warehouse and analytics initiatives. This ETL lead is also expected to manage some of the communications with offshore contracting team. Responsibilities: Manage a team of ETL developers to design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using AWS and IICS technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Build and manage CI CD pipelines to ensure efficient and effective deployment of ETL code changes. Develop and maintain documentation of ETL processes, including data dictionaries, and process flows. Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing data validation and error handling processes. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Work with project managers to estimate project timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data integration, ETL, and data warehousing. Work with operations team on deployments , run support and productions issues and tickets ( L2 Support). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in ETL development and architecture. Expertise in AWS services such as S3 and Redshift. Experience with IICS (CAI & CDI Modules). Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Unix shell scripting. Experience with CI CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
