Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive test strategies for the Accounting and Reporting workstream.Lead and manage the testing team, ensuring all test activities are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure alignment on testing requirements and objectives.Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Ensure thorough testing of all modules, including Reporting, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Accounting Model, IFRS17 and Actuarial, Insurance, Re-insurance, Investment, Payroll, Procurement, Expense Allocation, and Consolidation.Manage the integration testing with Azure Databricks Data Repository.Identify, document, and track defects and ensure their resolution.Implement and manage test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and Python.Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.QualificationsExperience Level Proven experience in facilitating Agile teams that work on complex technical projects, preferably in data-driven environments Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience as a Test Manager, preferably in the finance or insurance industry.Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion and its modules.Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, particularly Selenium, Java, and Python.Familiarity with Azure Databricks and data integration processes.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
