Thoughtspot SME

• Proven experience in Thoughtspot development or as a Thoughtspot SME. At least 5 – 7 years of experience is needed.
• Strong knowledge of data ETL processes and experience building data views.
• Experience in Snowflake data modeling.
• Data modeling expeirence is a plus.
• Congos experience is a plus

Education & Experience Required:

-     Bachelor’s degree requirement 10+

-     Associates/ No Degree with 14+ years’ experience in this capacity

-     Master’s degree with 12 years'' experience in this capacity

Technical Skills

(Required)

-     • Proven experience in Thoughtspot development or as a Thoughtspot SME.

-     • 4+ years of experience in Snowflake data modeling.

-     • Familiarity with Cognos is a plus.

-     • Experience in building worksheets and live boards in Thoughtspot.

Typical Day in the Role

Typical task breakdown:

• Develop and optimize Thoughtspot solutions to meet business needs.

• Build and maintain data views and ETL processes.

• Utilize Snowflake for data modeling and ensure efficient data management.

• Conduct workshops and create live boards in Thoughtspot to facilitate better data visualization and decision-making.

• Train and mentor, the existing team on Thoughtspot functionalities and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Provide support and troubleshooting for Thoughtspot-related issues.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis activities.

• Assist in the modernization of reporting tools and processes.
