Skill Set: Tibco BE Primary Skills: TIBCO BusinessEvents , TIBCO ActiveSpace , TIBCO EMS , TIBCO BusinessWorks , File and Database Adapters , TIBCO Hawk and other TIBCO products. Experience Range: 5 to 10 Yrs CTC Range: 5 to 7 Yrs ? Max 19 LPA , 7 to 10 Yrs - Max 23 LPA Location: Pune Notice Period: Max 20 Days Key responsibilities: ? Develop and implement new software , maintain and improve existing software. ? Experience developing using technologies involving combinations of any or all of the following: TIBCO BusinessEvents , TIBCO ActiveSpace , TIBCO EMS , TIBCO BusinessWorks , File and Database Adapters , TIBCO Hawk and other TIBCO products. ? Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a with a focus on code optimization and organization ? Recommend improvements to existing software programs ? Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations , functional , and technical teams ? Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure ? Provide coaching to Junior Associates ? Works independently on simple to medium complex projects What we require: ? B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science , Engineering or related field is required ? 8-10+ years TIBCO BE , Bex , BW and TIBCO Business Events development experience ? Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges , with a can-do attitude ? JAVA , Springboot , AWS , Kafka ? 10+ Years of experience with a focus on architecting , developing applications & solutions. ? REST API , Microservices ? Experience in developing and implementing web based solutions ? Knowledge of architecture design concepts , object oriented design and techniques ? Knowledge of logical and physical database architectures and operating systems ? Self-starter with ability to multi-task , prioritize , manage workload , and consistently deliver results ? Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies ? Strong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globally Technical areas of expertise: ? Financial transaction systems experience ? Experience in architecting applications in Java and related technologies ? Experience with object-relational mapping (ORM) and model-view-controller (MVC) design patterns ? API design and integration including ReST , Soap , XML/JSON and Web API ? Background in data modeling and data architecture , including an understanding of data services
