Incident Management P1 P2
Managing Tibco as a platform doing upgrades
Create new flow setups in different environments DEV,QA and PROD
Upgrade of Tibco to higher version
Deployment hotfixes from vendor
Implement security model, backup and failover/recovery operations for Tibco platform
Configuring connectors
Patch installation and pre and post checks after patch installation
Experience with Monitoring and Performance tuning tools
Manage the DEV/QA/PROD environments with high availability
Manage the deployments in all the environments DEV/QA and Prod
Re-produce the anomaly in the integration / Quality environment
In case of erroneous escalation by the L2 support, complete the associated support documentation to prevent it from happening again
Qualify the incident and, if necessary, re-classify it as a request for evolution and log it in the Integration Platform evolution backlog
