Job Summary:

The TQM Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality improvement programs throughout the organization. This role involves analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that products, services, and operations meet established standards. The TQM Specialist collaborates with various departments to ensure that quality management practices are integrated into daily operations and that the organization continuously improves its performance.

Enhancing the quality and efficiency of our software development processes. To be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of advanced software applications that meet or exceed customer requirements.
Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Process Improvement
Quality Assurance
Documentation and Compliance


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience in Total Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or related roles.
Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in quality management software tools.
Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) or Lean is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

In-depth understanding of TQM principles and practices.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve quality objectives.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with statistical tools and process improvement methodologies.
Project management experience is a plus
