JOB DESCRIPTION:

Client has used TWD (TrackWise Digital) for a few years and is currently on the Spring 2022 version with plans to update to Spring 2023. This role will support the Global team which has 2000+ end users. Candidates may live anywhere in US, but EST might be best due to need to support Europe hours at times - occasional early morning meetings. Candidates must reside in one of the following states to be eligible for hire: Alabama, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Washington.

Client currently has one other TrackWise Admin., and this person will work with them. Hiring Manager is looking for a more technical person, specifically in TMS (Tracking Management), DMS (Document Management), and QMS (Quality Management). They will be in charge of fixing workflow - most of the work will be in this, and need to know how to "change something." They'll also work with their vendor on bug fixes. They won't be doing much design/configuration of modules. Client uses ServiceNow, so good to have experience with it.
