We provide full-service electrical, civil, and structural engineering services to support electric and gas utilities nationwide. We’re also fortunate to support wind farms and renewables; transmissions systems; and university and industrial facilities.

Who You Are

You have a bachelor’s electrical engineering or civil engineering with a structural emphasis (a masters will set you apart), and at least 10 years of experience. You’re also a licensed professional engineer.

You possess a strong knowledge of industry codes, standards and best practices.

You’re proficient with business and engineering applications. PLS-CADD is a must, and experience in AutoCAD and/or Microstation is a plus. You also have basic knowledge of design-specific calculation software tools.

You’re a strong communicator with outstanding team skills. You have the ability to interface and collaborate effectively with others.

What You'll Do

You’ll gain invaluable structural engineering experience. You’ll lead transmission design on large/complex projects and utilize design software PLS- CADD for line design.

You’ll create design documents and drawings for new transmission line projects including structural specifications, plan and profile drawings, foundation drawings, staking sheets, generating bills of materials, and applying field mark-ups of project as-built drawings.

You’ll assign staff to projects, perform group resource levelling to accommodate changes in project workload, and meet project deliverable schedules.

You’ll communicate and coordinate project activities with internal team members, you’ll build strong relationships and learn the importance of superior client service, and you’ll interface with vendors with the support of your supervisor. You’ll also assist with company’s business development efforts.
