Job Summary

The TRIRIGA CAD Integrator Specialist is responsible for preparing, drawing, creating, and updating polylined spaces in a CAFM environment in support of the Real Estate and Workplace Technology teams. This role will play a key role in providing detailed driven analysis which will guide decision-making for our Real Estate Strategy team. We are looking for a hardworking self-starter who is organized and thrives in an environment of complexity and ambiguity.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

 

• 3 years experience using TRIRIGA CAD Integrator software
• Hand on Experience in AutoCAD experience
• Experience associating drawing objects to spatial information within a CAFM/IWMS environment (Arhicbus, FIS, Manhattan, etc....) a plus
• Experience drawing, creating, and updating poly lined spaces, area overlays, and query boundaries on master record drawing CAD files
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Should be able to act independently and be self-motivated
  
   

Description

We are looking for a high-energy candidate with at least 3 years of experience as a TRIRIGA CAD Integrator Specialist in a Corporate Real Estate environment to join our Data and Reporting team. The TRIRIGA CAD Integrator Specialist will be responsible for drawing, creating, and updating polylined spaces, area overlays, and query boundaries. The Data and Reporting team is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Real Estate portfolio of buildings across the globe as well as creating solutions to help understand the data.

Education

B.A./B.S. Degree or higher or relevant field.
