Description

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BSA in TSYS, Cloud infrastructure, Cloud architecture, and Cloud services including AWS and Azure Cloud platforms RHEL/Unix Sys Admin Level 3 with cloud knowledge
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including cloud infrastructure, cloud architecture, and cloud services
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• BSAs in the digital portfolio partner with business and technology teams to identify, document and help bring to life new journeys to drive customer acquisition and growth
• BSAs in this portfolio will gain a deep understanding of the Rogers Bank Marketing Technology and Acquisition applications, their interdependencies and downstream impacts.
• These portfolios are heavily reliant on cloud technology and the role entails knowledge of how to best work within a cloud environment: including cloud infrastructure, cloud architecture, and cloud services.
• BSAs on these portfolio also can be expected to work closely with the data platforms that underpin our journeys - including helping create and manage data feeds and integrations between systems to ensure delivery on business requirements.
• BSAs will work with business primes to understand the requirements that are provided as part of Martech / Acquisition products, projects and programs.
• This includes: asking the business questions to elicit more information, providing recommendations where possible, and partnering with others to fill in any gaps that are caught during the requirement assessment phase.

• Defining and documenting use cases, user procedures and workflows
• Creation of QA plans and supporting QA as applicable
• Creating in depth documentation to support the analysis, including data mapping, process flows, project charters, requirement documents, high level design artifacts
• Partner with project managers to create project plans, project updates, timeline estimates and other analysis
• Work with the production support and operations teams to ensure business continuity is in place
• Understand and follow the security policies both in processes and technology implementations
