UI Designer

We are looking for an UI Designer to join our creative team. This role requires a detail-oriented, innovative thinker who can take charge of UI design projects, enhancing user experience and leading design processes. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in defining the visual language of our products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead UI design for web and mobile applications, focusing on user-centered design to deliver seamless and visually compelling user interfaces.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional UI designs that meet project objectives and user needs.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, ensuring consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
• Conduct design reviews, gather feedback from stakeholders, and iterate on design solutions to optimize user experience and enhance usability.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on design best practices, user-centered design principles, and technical skills.
• Create and maintain a UI design system, ensuring cohesive visual standards and consistency across all product interfaces.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design techniques, and new tools to introduce innovative design solutions and improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and innovative user interface design solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• In-depth knowledge of UI principles, typography, color theory, and layout with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills with a user-centered approach, translating complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
