Responsibilities

We are looking for a frontend integration engineer interested in:

Solving technical challenges e.g. scalability, reliability and performance
Collaboration with UI Engineering team to integrate Agent Assist UI Modules into enterprise customers’ Agent Desktop (frontend UI system).
Bringing customers’ challenges first hand to the UI Engineering team to improve on the product feature.
Authoring UI integration playbook to scale for more integration needs.

Minimum Qualifications

You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with frontend development including JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js
Familiarity with web standards and web security including iFrames, browser contexts, CORS, XSS, etc.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
5 years of experience with front-end frameworks, full-stack development, and/or API development.

Preferred Qualifications

Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable:

Salesforce SFDC development background.
Canvas app (familiarity with adding canvas applications to SalesForce).
Familiarity with integrating with other Agent Desktop applications: Genesys WWE, Genesys Cloud, Zendesk, Cisco, Avaya, NICE, Five9, Twilio.
Familiarity with Web Components and/or frontend frameworks (Angular, React, etc.)
Good communication and collaboration skills.
The will and ability to learn are the key.
