Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

3-5+ years of relevant work experience: Proven track record in visual design, with a strong emphasis on ad design, optimization, and performance.

Expert in design and motion tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other relevant design software.

Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills: Ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals and effectively address design challenges.

Exceptional portfolio: Showcase your best work in ad design, visual communication, and motion graphics, demonstrating your creativity, technical skills, and ability to deliver impactful results.

Data-driven mindset: Experience using data and insights to inform design decisions and optimize ad performance.

Collaborative spirit: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
