Detailed Job Description:
Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements, pain points, and objectives. Analyze and document existing business processes and identify areas for automation using UiPath. Design end-to-end RPA solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives, leveraging UiPath's capabilities.
Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the UiPath platform, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other relevant components. Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features, capabilities, and best practices. Provide guidance and technical expertise to development teams, ensuring adherence to UiPath standards and practices.
Process Analysis: Conduct thorough process analysis and evaluation to determine automation feasibility and identify potential challenges and risks. Work closely with business users to understand process variations and exceptions. Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement and recommend appropriate automation solutions.
Solution Development: Collaborate with development teams to design and develop automation workflows and bots using UiPath Studio. Define technical specifications, including workflow design, data inputs and outputs, error handling, exception handling, and integration points with other systems. Ensure the developed solutions are efficient, scalable, and adhere to coding standards.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with business stakeholders, including process owners, subject matter experts, and project managers, to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and address concerns. Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate the benefits of UiPath automation and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
Solution Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of UiPath solutions, including testing, deployment, and post-production support. Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure the successful deployment and configuration of UiPath Orchestrator and other supporting components.
