Responsibilities:

Design scalable, user-centric experiences that are innovative and detail-oriented.
Create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes using Figma to visualize design concepts.
Articulate design narratives and user stories to stakeholders for alignment and approval.
Rapidly iterate on designs based on user testing, and data insights.
Collaborate with researchers to integrate qualitative data into design decisions.
Analyze user data to inform design choices that enhance user satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 5-7 years in visual, interaction, and product design or a related field.
Mobile experience a plus
Technical Proficiency: Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional skills in articulating design decisions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Independence and Teamwork: Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects both independently and as part of a team.
Agile/Scrum Experience: Familiarity with agile methodologies and a collaborative, iterative design process.
