You Are

UST is searching for a UX Design Manager who will design innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize user needs across two or more platforms under the guidance of UX Specialist/ Lead II.

The Opportunity

 

  • Consulting with clients to understand their goals
  • Explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing personas and usage scenarios
  • Conducting usability testing
  • Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
  • Creating product prototypes
  • Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
  • Assisting with content development 

     

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

 

  • 10+ years of experience in UI/ UX design
  • Must have a solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies
  • Wireframing tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Good understanding of design tools like as Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
