Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that illustrate how sites function and look.
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.
Promote and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Collaborate with back-end developers to improve usability.
Optimize existing user interface designs and test for intuitiveness and experience.
Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using design and prototyping tools.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify and solve user interface problems.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and latest design trends to improve user experience.
Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members on UI/UX best practices.
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
Excellent understanding of mobile and web design principles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
Experience with agile development processes and version control systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over the quality of design.
Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices in digital design.
