UI/UX Designer

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer Proven experience in web and native apps and mobile first design approaches

Strong understanding of Design Systems

Strong understanding of UX Research tools and processes

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and industry best practices to inform the design strategy

Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and success metrics

Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions

Assist in designing and refining concepts and rapid prototypes

Deliver any assets, images, graphics, and templates associated with

Build and maintain CSS, SaSS, and other project theming code within the environment

Design and build design system with related HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React code

Design and build robust and scalable design system components with samples is Adobe XD and/or Figma

Conduct UX Audits and assist other UI Developers to ensure pixel-perfect UIs are developed
