Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and design goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and facilitate feedback and iteration.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, incorporating best practices in UI/UX design, usability, and accessibility.
• Develop design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, and incorporate them into design solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and meet design specifications and standards.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders through presentations, documentation, and design reviews.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process, championing user-centered design principles and advocating for the best possible user experience
