• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a business system analyst
• Experience in working with both the business and technical teams, coordinating/leading solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams.
• Proficient with data processing tools like Excel, Google Sheets in handling data mapping, and analysis of large volumes of data
• Excellent spoken and written communication
• Flexibility to work in different time zones.
