Job Description: Einstein Bot Developer

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop conversational flows and dialogues within the Salesforce Einstein Bot Builder.
- Customize and integrate the bot with Salesforce CRM and other external systems to meet business requirements.
- Analyze user interactions and continuously improve the bot's performance by training it with relevant data.
- Test and debug the bot's functionalities to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective bot functionalities.
- Document bot configurations, processes, and maintenance procedures for future reference.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to the Einstein Bot.

- Long term Contract Position
- Work from office in hybrid mode
- Location: Bangalore
