As the US Staffing Bench Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to place IT consultants on the bench. You will also be responsible for managing the bench of IT consultants and ensuring that they are being placed on assignments that match their skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop relationships with clients to secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and recruiting teams to identify consultants to place on the bench.
• Develop and execute strategies to maintain a healthy bench of consultants.
• Manage and maintain consultant records, including skill sets, availability, and work history.
• Negotiate rates and terms with clients and consultants.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on bench activities, including utilization rates and revenue.
• Ensure that consultants are being placed on assignments that match their skills and experience.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Work location: Guntur (Andhra Pradesh) Onsite
