  • Fresher who has basic IT knowledge / BPO employees can also apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
  • Must be graduated and should possess a strong work ethic.
  • Be a self-starter and self-engaged.
  • Soft skills- High degree of emotional intelligence, positive attitude, teamwork, and passion for sales.
  • Have a passion for the staffing industry and have the desire to help people reach their careergoals.
