Job Description:

It is a hands-on Independent Contributor role wherein the Recruiter is expected to work on US-based IT & Functional IT positions.


 

Required Skills:

2-10 years of experience with US IT/Functional IT Recruitment

Manage & Fulfil end-to-end US-based IT/Functional IT requirements for Full-time and contract hires

Experience in Bulk-hiring for US geography, anywhere around 8-10 hiring per year

Extremely good at stakeholder management

Very good in managing escalations, data-driven individual

Good candidate pipeline building & mapping skills

Good listening skills and ability to articulate their thought process through emails, telephonic conversations, etc

Individuals who love candidate engagement to the core and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for each hire

Passionate about recruitment and willing to go the extra mile to close the positions
