Role Description

This is a full-time US IT Recruiter role at our Mumbai location. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for IT positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, conduct interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process. This is an on-site role where you will collaborate with our team in Mumbai.

Key Qualifications:

4-6 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience in the US market.
Familiarity with W2, 1099, C2C arrangements, and US work permits.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to engage candidates politely and proactively.
Proficiency in the MS Office suite, with a proven track record of effectively scheduling interviews.
A solid background in technical recruiting, with a strong understanding of IT environments and terminology.
Experience working on C2C and C2H positions.
Extensive knowledge of US tax terms, US staffing statutory requirements, HR contracting processes, and pay rates.
