Responsibilities:

Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
Source candidates using job portals including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
Upload resumes to the ATS, conduct phone screening, and coordinate with hiring managers.


Technology skills:

Experience using ATS softwares and developing search strings
Ability to navigate different job portals(Monster, Linkedin, Ziprecruiter) for recruitment hiring purposes.


Requirements:

3+ years experience in US IT Recruiting.
Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills
A proven track record in achieving the targeted numbers.
Strong follow-up skills and motivated.
Solid business management skills
Experience managing multiple, competing priority requirements.
Strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.


Working Hours: PST 07:00 a.m - 04:00 p.m (Night Shift)

WORKING DAYS: MONDAY - FRIDAY (Onsite)
