Roles And Responsibilities

 

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for IT positions.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and regularly update candidate profiles.
• Negotiate offers and handle the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
