Job requirement
3+ years’ experience in handling full recruitment life Cycle of Non-IT and IT positions for US market.
Should have very good experience of sourcing for full times roles/corporate hiring.
Candidates with very strong written & spoken communication skill preferred.
Candidate should be a conversation starter.
Experience of working on job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, indeed, ZipRecruiter and Google search.
Proven experience in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, salary negotiation, conducting interviews, reference checks etc.
Develop and maintain network through Job portals, LinkedIn etc.
Maintain complete Recruitment Database.
