Responsibilities

 

Review resumes, conduct searches, pre-screen, and interview candidates

Understand each technical role's requirements and how it fits into the organizations

Find creative ways to capture candidates attention during initial outreach stages

Manage a high volume of requisitions

Identify passive candidates and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Required Experience

 

2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment

High level of maturity, discretion, and common sense

A sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and strong-organizational skills

Experience in sourcing for technical candidates through multiple channels

Experience working with and maintaining accurate documentation in an ATS

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Education

Any Graduate
