What You Will Do

As a User Assistance Generalist with our CTCT Joint Venture, you will contribute to a small, busy team of technical writers/content developers and a Translation Architect, likely assisting with a number of tasks across a fairly broad spectrum.

In this internship position, you will spend your summer doing the following:

Assist the User Assistance (documentation) team to reduce overhead and clear technical debt
Work with languages such as C/C++/C# and Python, and/or HTML, CSS
Work with source control, i.e. Git or GitHub
Assist the Translation Architect with efficiency gains
Streamline documentation processes
Assist with graphic design/image creation.

 

What You Should Bring

Interest in content development or documentation
An interest in technical writing
Interest in translation
Competent in source control (Git/GitHub)
Research skills/experience
Communication skills.
