User Experience Designer

Position: UX Designer

Location: Remote

Summary:

The team is seeking an UX/UI Designer to design user interfaces for web, software, and/or hardware products.

Skills:

2 plus years work related experience required.
Experience in native platform software design
Strong knowledge of user interface and functionality design required.
Strong creative skills and ability to generate design ideas required.
Advanced experience in creating and implementing usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams is required.
Advanced knowledge of web technologies (i.e. HTML and CSS). Fluency with standard design software tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) required.
Advanced interaction design and web technology skills (i.e. Flash) may be required.
Strong knowledge or experience with database served websites.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

1. Minimum 1 year of experience with UI UX developer.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience working with a functional development team.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience using design software tools.

Preferred:

The ideal candidate will be different experiences with branding design and UI UX developer.
