This user experience role creates quality, high performing content to enable innovative, cohesive and compliant digital experiences that serve the needs of our members, member service representatives and business partners. This role independently leverages human-centered design, user testing, content design principles, omnichannel content strategy, SEO best practices, accessibility guidelines and company brand and style guidelines to create content and execute holistic digital content experiences to help solve member problems and achieve business goals.


 

Required

User experience writing or content design (4 years minimum

Very familiar with SEO, AP style, using style guides (4 years minimum

Experienced in working with subject matter experts and design teams to create user experiences

Day to Day Responsibilities

The core duty of this job is to do user experience writing for company website, the company mobile app, emails, text messages and push notifications. The writer must be able to read and analyze the business requirements provided to create the necessary content. They must be able to do strategic thinking to suggest content strategy solutions, collaborate with subject matter experts and handle working in a very fast paced environment. Writers are expected to complete projects within a span of 1 to 7 days based on complexity. Our user experience writers use Figma to create their content and layout - sometimes they use MSWord. SEM rush is used for keyword research.


 

Nice to Have

A UX writing (not UX design or UX research) certification

Intermediate use of design systems/content management systems

Intermediate knowledge in Figma

Experience in financial/insurance services are a plus
