Job Description:

  • Minimum 5 years of digital design experience.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing your understanding of design principles.
  • Proficiency in design systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools.
  • Familiarity with user research and testing methodologies.
  • Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, and design optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks.
  • Expertise in responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Expertise in Agile methods and Design Thinking.
  • Effective communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Craft innovative and human-centered interactions across digital platforms.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of omnichannel digital design system.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all digital assets.
  • Help grow the enterprise design function, contributing to the development of playbooks and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product teams, fellow designers and user researchers to develop intuitive interfaces.
  • Work alongside developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Process Skills:

  • General SDLC processes
  • Web standards, CSS-based design, REST services
  • Design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing software APIs

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills required with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to source, disseminate and properly apply secondary research.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Good Attitude and Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to excel in a team environment required. Must be able to successfully interface with multiple departments. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
