UX Designer

Your Role

Create industry-leading consumer-grade UX/UI designs for our enterprise software suite
Plan and conduct customer research sessions to identify user needs and validate design concepts
Craft the experience vision of products in line with the company’s strategy
Work side by side with PMs and engineering leads to formulating product requirements and user stories
Apply our internal design system and collaborate with other designers across geos to further enhance existing UX patterns
Present concepts to team members, stakeholders, and executive leadership
Provide regular feedback to other designers on developed concepts
Drive alignment with relevant stakeholders across the organization
With time, build a solid understanding of at least one product domain and develop a good reputation within the company
Share your experience and your work with other team members regularly

What You Will Bring

3+ years of UX design experience for enterprise software or web applications with a bachelor’s degree in design/ graphic design/ fine art/ computer science or related field
Passion for design, data visualization, telling customer stories, and simplifying complex problems
Strong working knowledge of the latest wireframing/design and prototyping tools
Capability to understand challenges with medium to high complexity and to create simple and elegant user experiences
Ability to design and execute research studies in the context of their design exercises
Ability to translate research insights into design solutions
Capability to execute simultaneous design-related activities
Ability to showcase knowledge of design processes and understanding of the Eng Development processes
Advanced skills in delivering well-thought-through UX concepts, flows, and wireframes
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must; German is a plus
