UX Designer

Requirements:
• Experience as a UX Designer and strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects and demonstrating user-centered design principles (3+ years).
• Experience in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Preferred:
• Experience in the utility industry or with energy-related applications.
• Experience in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Present design solutions and research findings to stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and setting realistic expectations.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders to continually improve the user experience.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and best practices across all digital products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
