Description

  • UX research Ability to prepare scenarios, candidates' selection, carrying out interviews and remote tests, preparing end reports
  • UX research Ability to conduct In-depth interviews (IDIs), surveys, usability testing and usability evaluation methods
  • Basic knowledge of UCD process and HCI issues
  • Basic knowledge of UX metrics (e.g.SUS)
  • English on communicative level (B2/C1)
  • Good practical knowledge of Google Analytics and similar analytical tools
  • Good understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase
  • Good practical knowledge of tools supporting remote interviews with the users
  • Comfort with agile approach and a lean design process
  • Good practical knowledge of quantitative methods in UX research
  • Good practical knowledge of UX metrics
  • Good practical knowledge of planning research activities within budget, timeline and project requirements
  • Ability to clearly, concisely and persuasively communicate research findings
  • Very good listening skills
  • Work closely with product teams to identify important research questions
  • Strong knowledge of ResearchOps.
  • Basic knowledge of UX writing.
  • Ability to provide guidance to fellow researchers
  • Ability to advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, business analysts and other roles.
  • Very good (practical) knowledge of techniques on how to run and moderate workshops.
  • Ability to lead a UX team (organize & coordinate work).
  • Ability to support the team in scope of UCD process implementation in organization, creating standards & strategy for UX.
