Retail Workplace partner is looking for an experienced and influential Mid UX Researcher to help create great employee experiences at work and push our solutions to a new level. Required Skills - UX/UI Researcher CX Researcher Useability Testing rapid iterative testing Web and Mobile Application testing Job Duties - • Plan, design, and lead end-to-end research studies and facilitate the research process for product teams and business stakeholders. • Partnering closely with designers, developers, product managers, business partners, and senior leadership, the UX researcher conducts exploratory, formative, and evaluative research studies that enable teams to make informed and confident decisions. • Ability to determine user research needs and review and evaluate user feedback. • As a UX researcher, you will own the development of research and insights for a scrum product team that drive the way our product organization understands and designs for our store employees. • You will have expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., knowing when to use different methods, how to determine the right research approach). • Conduct research using a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods. • Package insights into tools and assets for designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to leverage (e.g., frameworks, use cases, design recommendations). • Ability to frame key questions, create research plans to address those, conduct research, and synthesize the findings into meaningful, actionable insights. • Passion for defining and solving problems. Job Requirements - • 3-5 years experience as a UX researcher • Experienced in end-to-end research • Skilled - and interested - in heavy evaluative work (e.g., rapid iterative testing, usability, concept testing) • Light generative work - interviews • Experience leading research on mobile applications and websites serving multiple user roles • Strong communication and storytelling • Experience working in close partnership with designers, product managers, and engineers • Knows when quant research is needed • Solid understanding of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Invision, DSM, Zeppelin, Adobe XD and creative suite or other visual tools • You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently and effectively with cross-functional teams • Positive attitude, collaborative spirit and openness to giving and receiving feedback • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns. ----->Portfolio demonstrating your expertise and ability to articulate your process" Desired Skills & Experience - • Scrum team experience (familiarity conducting research within 2-week sprint cycles)
